How do I choose between Y901, Y951 and Y953?

Choose Y901 when one built-in trigger must notify multiple alarm nodes. Choose Y951 when connected remote switching or schedules are needed for 2–16 circuits. Choose Y953 when a controller must operate distributed cabinets through a local LoRa link without relying on the Internet for basic control.

How many circuits can Y951 control, and what should I confirm before ordering?

The standard range provides 2–16 independently controlled circuits, with a standard single-circuit load of 2.2 kW. Confirm the site voltage, phase arrangement, load type, inrush current, starting method, network option and installation conditions before selection.

What happens when a Y951 network connection drops?

The standard version cannot receive new remote, scheduled or cloud-linkage commands while offline. Local manual control remains available while the cabinet is powered. Offline schedules, sensor logic or other local automation require a separate project review.

Can Y953 work without 4G, Wi-Fi or wired Internet?

Yes. Y953 uses an independent LoRa link between the controller and wireless cabinets for basic site control. The maximum direct distance is 10 km in unobstructed conditions; terrain, obstacles, antennas and mounting height determine the usable range, and repeaters can be added by project.

Can an external sensor or DI trigger Y901?

Not as a standard input. Y901 uses its built-in latching button and does not expose external DI or platform remote-trigger control. A different trigger architecture requires a separate product or project-specific design.

What can the YenGear IoT Cloud platform connect?

The platform can connect gateways, data acquisition modules, smart distribution boxes and standards-based devices. APIs, MQTT and Webhooks can connect ERP, MES, reporting systems and in-house applications; the final interface depends on the device protocol and site network.

Is private deployment available?

Yes. We can assess an independent deployment based on the customer network, data governance and compliance requirements. Hosting, backup, availability, upgrades and operations are confirmed in the project scope.

Can you review a custom control cabinet, enclosure or control logic?

Yes. Send the circuit list, load data, voltage, starting method, monitoring or alarm requirements, enclosure conditions and desired local or remote logic. We will determine whether a standard product, multiple standard units or a custom design is appropriate.

What information should I send to start a project?

Share the equipment list, quantity, voltage, rated power, control action, network availability, distance, obstacles, installation environment and required feedback or safety conditions. Photos, nameplates and wiring diagrams are useful when the parameters are incomplete.

Do you offer OEM or ODM services?

We can discuss branding, enclosure, interface and system adaptations after reviewing the product and project requirements. The scope, tooling and order conditions are confirmed in the quotation.

Can I order samples or small batches?

Sample availability, minimum quantity, pricing and freight depend on the product, configuration and destination. Contact us with the model and quantity so we can confirm the terms.

What are the payment and delivery terms?

Payment terms and lead time depend on the order, destination, configuration and production schedule. We confirm the available payment method and estimated ship date in the quotation or order documents.

What support is available after delivery?

We provide product documents and technical support for selection, configuration and integration. Warranty, replacement and on-site service terms depend on the product and order documents.
